Delete your account
Last updated October 11, 2026
You can delete your CradleOn account at any time. Deleting it removes your account and everything in it: your children’s logs, records, photos, milestones, appointments, lists and Ask CradleOn chats. If you’re the only parent in your family, the family and its children are deleted too; if there’s another parent, they keep the family and you are removed from it. Deletion is immediate and can’t be undone.
The quick way: in the app
- Sign in and open the Settings tab.
- Under “Your data”, choose “Delete account”.
- Enter your password to confirm. That’s it.
If you’d like a copy first, “Download your data” on the same page gives you everything as spreadsheets.
If you can’t sign in
Send a request here with the email address on the account. We’ll confirm it with you at that address before deleting anything, so no one else can delete your account by giving your email, and we’ll reply within 30 days.
What’s kept
Nothing that identifies you. We keep anonymous counts (how many questions Ask CradleOn answered in a month, for example) and the records the law requires us to keep, such as payment records if you had a subscription, for as long as it requires. The privacy policy has the details.
