These terms are an agreement between you and Cloutix LLC (“we”) for using CradleOn. By creating an account or using CradleOn, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Not medical advice

CradleOn offers general information and a place to record your child’s care. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace your midwife, doctor, pediatrician or pharmacist. Targets, reminders, trends and dose warnings are memory aids, not clinical guidance, and they depend on what you enter. Always follow your healthcare provider and the directions on any medicine. If you are worried about your child or yourself, contact a healthcare provider, and in an emergency call your local emergency number.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or older and a parent, guardian or caregiver of the child you track.
  • Keep your password to yourself, and tell us at [CONTACT EMAIL] if you think someone else has used your account.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Sharing with your household

You can invite other parents and viewers. Anyone you invite can see the household’s information, and parents can change it. Only invite people you trust, and remove them in the Settings tab if that changes.

Your content

What you add to CradleOn stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and show it only as needed to run CradleOn for you and your household. You can download it or delete it at any time.

Using CradleOn fairly

  • Don’t add content you don’t have the right to share, or anything unlawful.
  • Don’t try to reach other households’ data, disrupt the service, or copy it at scale.

Availability and offline use

We work to keep CradleOn available and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Changes made offline are stored on your device until they sync; if the device is lost, reset or signed out first, they may not reach us. Features may change over time.

CradleOn Plus

  • Plus is an optional subscription for your whole household, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown before you buy, plus any sales tax. Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • Your household’s first subscription starts with a free trial. No card is needed to start it; if no card has been added by the end, the trial simply ends and you stay on the free plan.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel any time in the Settings tab; Plus stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
  • [REFUND POLICY, e.g. “Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires, but contact us and we’ll look at any problem fairly.”]
  • If we change the price, we’ll tell you at least [NOTICE PERIOD, e.g. 30 days] before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
  • Deleting your account cancels the subscription if no other parent remains in the household.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the Settings tab. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Disclaimers and limits

CradleOn is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on information in the app. Our total liability is limited to [LIABILITY CAP, e.g. the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or USD 50]. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer laws that can’t be waived.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW JURISDICTION]. [REVIEW: dispute resolution (courts or arbitration) and venue.]

Changes

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use CradleOn after that means you accept the new terms.
